 Being four years old this estate does not suffer from the "new villa" problems like 'area still under construction' and small plot size. It is an extremely peaceful area. The Villa pool area is sunny South-West-facing with sunsets across the lake - the perfect finish to a day at the parks, on the numerous golf courses, Atlantic or Gulf beaches.

Privately owned and tended locally by a management company second to none, this beautifully equipped 2500 square foot air conditioned villa is only 15 minutes from DISNEY. It's close to countless golf courses and is the perfect place for your Orlando holiday. The owners Chris and Jan have only the one property and have taken great care in bringing the property to a very high standard. They advertise and operate the website themselves to give you the best villa location at the best price. From the Free Solar Pool Heating to the FREE Wi-Fi, BBQ, safe and children's cot and high chair we try to think of everything. For any of those renters who may wish to confirm that we are genuine we can provide details of our Management company so that they can check up-many people  are rightly sceptical about giving their hard earned money to any individual advertising on the web. Don't assume -always check! Our Management company can handle most credit card payments so you don't have to be a member of PAYPAL and there are no extra costs involved in using your card.



The ground floor Master bedrooms-en-suite has a KING-SIZE bed with glass doors
to the pool and spa. It has a TV and two walk in closets. The en-suite has a
walk-in shower, big tub, twin vanity units, and water closet. A further five
large bedrooms upstairs all with built in closets:

A newly converted games room/gymnasium with 7ft Pool/Air hockey table, A 2 seat Multi gym, Darts board, TV, Video and two bench seats and tables for everyone to enjoy a pool tournament or the kids to watch a film whilst the adults watch a DVD on the TV in the family room

A larger second KING-SIZE bed across the balcony has TV and Pond and oak tree
view.

The three double rooms all have bath robes-a touch of extra comfort in your room or around the villa or pool

There are a further two twins, one of which overlooks the pond and oak tree. A
sofa bed - one of three sofas in the great room sleeps two more persons;
accommodating a total of 15 people + cot, though we impose a maximum of 14 on the
property. There is also a safe and a high chair included. Of course there is no extra cost.

Separate dining room with place settings for six people, a fully fitted and
well equipped kitchen linked to a breakfast and dinning area with table
seating a further four. From there through more glass doors to the Lanai - a
covered eating/BBQ area by the pool with its' own intercom/radio station. We have provided luxury towelling robes for 6 adults for a touch of luxury.

Every room in the house and even the lanai/pool has an intercom and integral
AM/FM radio system. All rooms are individually controlled. Two sets of Golf
clubs, two kids and 1 adults bikes (ages 4-adult), three fishing rods and tackle are provided.

A word of warning to those considering booking through a tour operator. You will find in tour operators small print that they can cancel the villa accommodation within your vacation/ holiday package. They will let you know before you travel of course but you will have to arrange accommodation yourself for when you arrive at your destination. It may be some time after you book that they may or may not resolve their accommodation problem. As private owners like us place their private bookings through the year we displace tour operator bookings and many of those tour operator clients are ultimately disappointed.

Where are we?

The Interstate 4 and Route 27 intersection, Celebration and golf-champions gate all
just eight minutes away.  Mini-market/fuel station /Chicken/pizza/fish n chips
take way serving most daily needs is just ONE minutes drive from the estate entrance. Supermarket complex also 8 minutes away. Orlando city centre less than 20 minutes. Disney Parks start 15 minutes away. Atlantic/Gulf coasts/Kennedy Space Centre all 60-80 minutes away. Check out the schedules for shuttle and regular rocket launches at www.nasa.gov -they happen more often than you may think and are an unforgettable experience!!

Florida

What does the word Florida conjure in your mind?. Swaying palms by deserted white sandy beaches?, an air boat ride in the everglades? Or perhaps the thrills of the most exciting entertainment parks ever built?

Whatever it is, Florida has it! Bathed in bright sunshine year round, warm through the winter and hot in the summer this is the perfect place for almost any vacation. The seascapes are spectacular but so is so much of what lies between them! A link to beaches is to the left.

Lush inland landscapes are just as plentiful; Towering pine trees and huge oaks rise above dense forest in the Apalachicola, Ocala and Osceola National forests and the wonderland of the everglades to mention just two.

A large number of North Americans and many from outside the US too have elected to relocate or to retire here in the warmth. But for the majority a vacation here will have to do. This is the home of the theme park and there is no better selection anywhere in the world.

Greater Orlando

The many water parks will keep you cool all day in the summer, Sea world is enthralling and The Kennedy space centre is simply awesome.

Disney, unrivalled, yet it gets bigger and better every year. MGM, Busch Gardens…. there are too many attractions to list here but use the links on the map and to the side to find out more. There are also many little known attractions for you to discover – if you ever get the time!

The city of Orlando is Definitely worth a visit – get yourself a city guidebook!

You wanna play golf? We have two sets of r/h clubs ready to use and there are more than 160 courses within 45 minutes, many close to the villa and of course the standard is second to none



 

Fishing
 You don’t need to go any further than the back garden. Big catfish, bass and bream are in the lake. Several rods and tackle are supplied – bet you haven’t done it since you were a kid! If you want more then there are literally hundreds of lakes to explore around Greater Orlando. Lake Tohopekaliga near Kissimmee is very big and just 15 minutes away.

Sea Fishing opportunities abound with three sides of Florida surrounded by water and thousands of boats awaiting your custom and remember it’s only 65 minutes away and it costs a lot less than you’d think.


Cycling and walking
 The Kids can cycle in relative safety within the small estate and the local roads are among the safest in the area. As you can see from the Ariel photos there is a lot of scope for cycling trail/off road. The garage will hold bikes etc that you may care to bring with you. There are two youngsters’ and one unisex adult bikes provided
 

Water sports 
Water-ski and Jet ski clubs are dotted about as are local town leisure centres.
Scuba diving and snorkelling is again of course on the coasts.
 

Flying
Florida is immensely popular for both pleasure and instructional flying The Sun and uncluttered skies see to that. Have a trial lesson or just a joy flight at a cost far below the norm.

Eating
Restaurants? 4,300 in the Orlando area!! Travel 10 minutes north to route 192 and there is a bewildering choice. Kissimmee, old Kissimmee and Haines city are just 10 minutes too. There are a number of restaurants much closer but you will still need a car.

Shopping and Pharmacy
Two supermarkets are within 7 minutes; the larger at Champions Gate has a pharmacy and a number of other facilities, the trend now.

Shopping Malls and retail parks /outlets are sprinkled around every major road and town. The choice is tremendous and for those visiting from Britain so are the prices!
